Ultraviolet led emitters. Which one's your favorite?

Just curious now that I swapped in a UV star into a Q3 single cr123 batteried flashlight. :rock:
Even just the one watt version is quite impressive.

Still, are there any better high powered UV leds emitters or stars available and where to find them? :help:

You've seen my Cree 3 Watt UV lights at the DFW LightFest.

I am also making a larger 9 Watt UV light.

Cree 3W is way ahead of the others I've seen.

I still have plenty of 1W Cree UV's if you need any.

I just reread the invoice of the source where i bought my UV led from.
It's actually a 3 watt rated unit, but it is being driven to only around 500 milliamps in an older Nuwai Q3 flashlight.
It's fun, but there is still room for improvement.
I'll see if I can grab a 3 watt Cree.
