Understanding the different types of Fenix L1D

I wanted a 2 Fenix L1D RB80 but I had got instead the following two:

1) A Fenix L1D with Luxeon Rebel LED (does not specify anything else)
2) A Fenix L1D CE with Cree 7090 XR-E LED

Are these two comparable to my wanted RB80? In brief, should I demand the RB80 or both these flashlights are more or less the same?

If any of them where less brighter on its max power, would it automatically mean that the battery will last longer too?
