WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

Hello everyone,

I just saw in the internet a new WiseLED Tactical with 1800 lumens. I just wonder if anyone bought it yet.

From their website, WiseLED introduction offer right now with 15% discount.

I like this flashlight but I can not afford another WiseLED Tactical as I already have two, 1000 and 1500 lumens.

If anybody have the new version let us know what you think about the new flashlight.

Re: WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

No 1800 Tactical - but I have a 1500 and when I havent used it for a while it still makes me smile when I fire it up :D the most of all my lights - but I will have a contender soon in about 2 weeks - a WaterSword by Elekrolumens 4 x P7 making a whopping 3600 lumens Mooohahahah!!!! - sorry simple things amuse simple minds :naughty:

Re: WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

Hi, i checked the online shop at WISEled but the 1800 lumen doesnt appear to be on sale, could you point out a link for me??

Since my holiday has been cancelled due to the flu outbreak, i got some spare funds now :D

Re: WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

So the bug question is, how long does it run at max output before it hits thermal stepdown?

Re: WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

Yeah monster light, but for the price you could get a microfire or ae hid light with twice the lumens and spare accesories. 433 EUR for a led flashlight are you kidding me?

yer but drop an HID and :poof:
warm up time for the bulb V's instant on for LED's
strobe,SOS,and dimable - maybe you don't need it but hey its got it
modular as in you can add extra tail lights ect
50,000 lamp hours for the LED's V's what 2-8000 hours for HID bulbs
you can dim the wiseled for about 10+ hours of run time :twothumbs
and try throwing the microfire in 300' of water :mecry:
and have you actually seen the accessories that you can get for the wiseleds??
except for the few new lights coming out (jetbeam raptor & eagletac M2X) that I am getting with a control ring - the wiseled has the best IU of any lights I have owned to date.

I know I own one and I am sticking up for them - but IMO in life you get what you pay for - and when I show this light to anybody who knows anything about lights they are amazed and often offer to buy it off me :D

20+ min (but could be longer for the new ones:shrug:) - but it will only stepdown if you run it on high continually - if its used in small bursts here and there it wont stepdown - but if it does from continued long use you can press high to boost it up any time it dims
it only dims to 70% which you don't really notice that much - it still lights up the whole street on 70% though :twothumbs

Re: WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

So, no one in the forum have the 1800 lumen WiseLED Tactical yet......

I think I have to wait until I have enough money to add one more to my collection.

This WiseLED Tactical is a excellent flashlights, you have no worries, get up and go, the flashlight is a good size almost the same size as Maglite 2D, I always like this flashlight over any flashlight in my collection, that include the HID.

Re: WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

I was considering it but don't know that is a lot of money. I email to ask if they are still using k2's and Seoul led and they are. I think they might have fixed the battery drain by using new batteries. All i have is the adapt version and find it to be a great light the tactical & street are very tempting.

Re: WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

Dropping an HID light is not as bad as dropping an incan. Since their is no filament to break, they are somewhat shock resistant. LEDs are still far better for durability, but I would have to agree with RichardCPF. If I was going to spend that much money on a high output light, It would be an HID.

Re: WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

I agree completely, way to much $$ for what it is. I love my AE 25 but the start up time is a killer and it doesn't get used as much because of it.

Re: WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

Man! If I had the money to spare I would pull the trigger on this one for sure! Very nice UI and I love the tail light + the 12 levels. YOWEE I WANT IT! Many people spend that kind of cabbage on custom lights... Did I say that I want it?

Excatly - You want one. I have two myself, and I have a collection of flashlights but WiseLED is my favourates and because if you need to dim the brightness of light you can set it as you wish, you can not do that with HID. And with LED is instant bright, no need to warmup.

Re: WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

I just got a Street 600. Fantastic flashlight. Great customer service and great warranty. Literature states 780 lumens. I can't verify as I don't have that type of equipment. Very cool charging cradle with the LED lighting indicator. Yes, it is a lot of money for a flashlight, but you get what you pay for.

Re: WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

How durable are these lights?

I know they are expensive, but for a proffessional, if they hold up like the tanks they appear to be, it may be worth it (especially the tactical).

Re: WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

Wiseleds are the kind of light that untill you have one in your hands - then you know why they aren't cheap - and till you do everything is just speculation IMO - they are made for real work - I could sell mine over and over at work.
Glad you got one g_man they are one tough water proof light

Re: WiseLED Tactical 1800 Lumens

Guess they are "cop proof"? We break anything we touch in one week or less !
