Upgrade to LED

I don't know of a PR base LED upgrade that can go that high in voltage. The highest I know of tops out at 9v. That leaves a custom build.

How are you with a dremel and soldering iron :naughty:

probably talking about 3 high power LEDs in series with a driver circuit in it.. I think the first question is how bad do you want it and how much you have to spend on it. A single LED and a buck circuit would be the cheapest probably a SSC P4 LED positioned on a heat sink at the focus of the reflector would do it.

4x5mm and a 20-30-ohm resistor should work.

I think a single higher voltage buck driver with 1-3 LEDs wired in series on a large enough heatsink would work.
