Let's see now... Yes, and you can do either one cell at a time or several in series.

You need to set the charge rate for 1500 - 2000 mA because your charger has a timer that shuts things down at 1.5 hours.

Any cell you do in series should ideally be in the same state of charge for best results. Cells should also be the same type/capacity when charged in series.

Although you can balance cells in a series pack by performing a 14 hour, 0.1C charge, which should bring them all to a similar fully charged state.
 
Or with that particular charger you can do a discharge before your first charge.

I built a discharger using some 1.5v light bulbs and individual battery holders. Drain them til they don't light the bulb then you can put them safely in series for fast charging.
