UZI defender TiNi folder.... any comments?

Hi just wondering if anyone has seen or used one of these yet? Im very interested in purchasing one but no one has them local here yet ... looks cool I like the case the most it comes in /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif but it is kinda on the large looking side from the pics to be a good EDC .. if anyone knows let me know thanks... UZI Defender on ebay ..

To be honest, you're paying more for packaging and the "Uzi" name than for the knife. United Cutlery makes decent bargain folders for the price point, but I wouldn't consider it a serious working knife.

hey thanks .. that's what I figured... any recomendations? that are in about the same price range? I just bought a Boker Magnum Series Air-Light for 10 bucks shipped.. but Im not familer with there product's.. I can't see spending $300 bucks for a knife that hardly will be used.. but want a good one that will hold an edge if I need it.. I like the CRKT 1* SRT but it looks a little on the large side also ..

Any of the Columbia River knives will offer good value for your dollar. Many come in multiple sizes, too. Have you considered a small or large M21 model? Or perhaps any of the M16 knives?

The CRKT M21 "big dog" is a damn nice folder...and the recurve blade cuts well...highly recommended!
