Hi everyone,
I am having a VaraPower 2k made :party:, and I am having trouble deciding on whether or not to go domeless. I've read as much as I can, but unfortunately haven't found comparable beamshots.
I like the idea of the mega-throw provided by the domeless, but I also want a 'usable' beam profile, if that makes sense. Are there pros and cons I might not be thinking of readily?
Is it true that leaving the dome on is much brighter? Anyone have experience with LED degradation, or is it agreed that domeless is safe?
