Viacomptel?

Has anyone done any buisness with Viacomptel? I was just wondering...

I've ordered a couple of X-lights from Cyrus at Vicomptel , and they arrived promptly, with very reasonable shipping.

Got a few Arc-AAAs. A little slow on email sometimes, but ok. Great prices and reasonable shipping.

I've ordered a couple times from Cyrus (Arc AAAs and Opalecs) and had the products in good time and inexpensively.

Feedback is sparse, but the products are what I was after, not a conversation.

I recently purchased an Arc-AAA from Cyrus at Vicomptel because their prices were the lowest and found that their service is also excellent. He e-mailed me only hours after my order to confirm shipment date and it arrived promptly. They charged $3.85 for shipping which is the USPS priority mail rate. He doesn't tack on a handling charge. I was so happy and impressed with my first Arc-AAA :)and their service

that I ordered a second one the day the first one arrived. And my second experience was just as good. Also, when I preordered the LE a while back, he kept me posted on the status, thanked me for my patience and gave the option of cancelling if the wait was too long. I place Vicomptel up there with Arc LLC.

I want to thank everybody for their input. I am waiting for my LE I pre ordered from them in December and now I feel better. Thank you all
