Victorinox Swisstool question

hi guys

im interested in getting the victorinox swisstool cs plus.

do any of you know whether all the extra bits and pieces for the Swisstool CS Plus fit nicely into the included leather pouch? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

is the pouch different from the normal standard swisstool pouch? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon3.gif

Yes, and yes. On my CS that is, but I believe the newest ones have a slightly different pouch.
Mine is very solid with a leather outer and a ballistic nylon inner. After a few years of allmost daily use the velcro wore out, so I added a press stud. Still hoping for a beltclip pouch; maybe I should learn to make my own from Kydex.

I have posted this several times, but go to http://www.leatherwork.com for a leather sheath from this guy. I have the one that is open on top and has belt loops. Very close to your body, very secure. I think I paid <$20 for it too (can't remember).

I don't know if Rick shows it on his custom page or not, but he wears a swisstool daily and these things fit them just beautifully.

This is a sheath you will have for the rest of your life.
