ViKi\'s Finding #4 : Q-III Flickering How to Fix

Hi

Being recognised that flickering is resulted from the bad contact of earth(-), I opened up the head and found that a copper ring was inserted reverse position from the factory. As this copper ring is not fixed to anything, you can just put in up-side-down. This copper ring has a curled profile like a contact spring. And you will find more 'flat' side should contact to led module. The other side should be toward to battery.

Anyone who is experiencing this 'flickering', just try as I did. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

1. Heat the head with hair dryer for highest temperature for 5 minutes.
And twist the head part with wrench after seeing the oozed glue.

2. Check the proper positioned copper ring
-Flat side must be toward to LED module.
-Curled side must be toward to Battery.

You can modiy if once you can open the head !
I modified with Lux-III Blue, BIN : M1K
Brighter than Arc UV ?? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
