What will happen if I hook an emitter with an operating voltage of 2.6v to a driver with a range from 2.75-10? Will it melt down? Mushroom cloud? Just make more light? I am trying to find a red emitter to stick in the Tiablo I just got, http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/...95645#poststop but I don't want to have to change anything but the emitter for my first mod.
