What voltage should be indicated for a fully charged 3.0 volt RCR123A lithium cell? Also, what voltage can it drop to which would indicate that it is time to recharge it? I understand that it should not be over-discharged.
Also, I have read the dire warnings about using two unprotected cells together unless perfectly matched in voltage. Does this mean that if I start with two cells that are within X (fill in the blank) volts of each other, and discharge them together no lower than X (fill in the blank) volts before recharging, that I should be safe? Are the dire warnings against discharging them in pairs, or aimed more against putting two cells of significantly differing charge into a pairs charger for charging?
