WA1111 questions

I am wanted to try and upgrade my Ultrastinger and was looking for a bulb to replace the stock. I see the name a lot but cant really find any explainations on what it can by used with.

What can the bulb be ran by and would it even work? In the Ultrastinger there is a little mount that is connected to the bulb and that "locks" into the flashlight head (in sure most of you know that). Would i need to find a way to put an aftermarket bulb in the same type of socket or are those pieces available?

Ooooorrrr any other suggestions would be awesome.

Seems like ive read in the past of people putting 1160's into Ultra Stingers, but thats about all I know about it. I do know that they have a fairly short run time and to much heat will melt the stock plastic switch. But maybe someone with some more experience with the light can shed a little more light on the situation.

Also, just a hint, but you might want to change your thread title to something a little more relevant and you might have a few more hits on this.
