Something I can wear without wearing a helmet. Tired of plastic breaking. Any sugestions?

I've had really good service from Stenlight and Argo HP. both very tough lights.
Stenlight is a caving light that comes with a std helmet clip. mine easily clips to a headlamp strap. all sorts of battery options. $300+
Argo HP is modded with 17670 li-ion cells and upgraded emitter. it's plastic but has proven itself as pretty tuff. $30 base + P4 emitter + li-ion cell. several threads about how to mod.

Our FoxFury headlamps are all impact resistant and made of TPR or polycarbonate.
We have different versions, depending on size, brightness, price and application desired. They will all fit the head except for the Fire models, which use a silicone strap and are meant to be worn on the helmet.
