This is Detective John Gubernat from the Gardena Police Department in Gardena, CA. This message is for all of George Tsai's victims. From now on, I will be using this forum to update all of you, since calling the multitude (30 so far) of victims is too time consuming. If I need any further information from a specific person, I will contact you via phone or email. For those of you I haven't spoken to yet, please do the following: Send me an email at [email protected] Please include the following: Name, address, phone numbers, loss amount, item ordered, payment method, date sent, name and address payment was sent to, your email correspondance to Mr. Tsai, and a copy of the money order receipt. Thanks for your assistance.
