I watched the pattern of the blue shapes and decided they go the same path every time. After a few trys, I was able to plot where to put the square and let the blue shapes just float around it.

The point of the second game is to capture black squares and avoid the red ones. Black circles give a bonus of some sort, red circles a handicap.

Best I've done on the 2nd game is 6173 points with 79 squares.
