Warning: GearUPEurope not based in Europe

I ordered a light today from GearUpEurope thinking not unreasonably that they were based in Europe. In fact they're based in Israel. I feel extremely pissed off. If the order cancellation does not get through, I will have to pay about £13 extra in customs fees i.e. ~66% extra. They may well be a good dealer, but do be aware that they are not in Europe. Personally I think the name is misleading.

Incidentally, this seemed the best forum for the post as this is not a jeer.

Their www site CLEARLY states a home business address in Israel. The text in the URL is mis-leading though.

I disagree. hiding the address halfway down the small print in the shipping and returns section is not clearly stating location especially when the site name, not the domain, contains 'europe' and everything is priced in euros.

Thanks to the OP for posting the warning which I think is entirely justified.

??? you can't read , 1/2 way down the page... "Our Address, Where Are We Located" is bolded and underlined too...?
