Water resistant casing for RPL/Prometheus Laser

Hello,

I have a Prometheus 465mW Laser(same dimensions as this: http://optotronics.com/rpl-green-lasers.php), and I'm planning to make a water resistant case for it.
Do you think the Prometheus/RPL will fit in the Maglite D cell flashlights?
Is there anyone here that can help me mod a Maglite to fit a RPL laser without scratching the RPL?
Anyone know any other flashlights that can fit the RPL inside?
I'm looking for one with hard plastic, so it won't scratch the paint on the RPL.
