My three, at this time, are the Fenix E01 (recently replacing an E0) which rides in my pocket, a Proton Pro, sometimes also carried, but mainly used at home, and a Zebralight H50 for reading in bed and sometimes used as a lantern.

I'm always carrying three lights with me (LF2X, MK IBS and EX10). I don't use EX10 so often. It's like a backup of the backup. I'm still learning to like its PD switch mechanism. Tiablo is my favourite light. Bright is good and dim is none :).

Interesting question - for me at least - number one is easy but then it gets a bit tougher...

1. Novatac 85P - all around use...

2. probably my Jil JCR2 IT but it has gotten less use lately.

3. Dereelight CL1H v3.0 - when I have to figure out what the dogs are barking at when I put them out at night.

  • Surefire E2DL ~ my new EDC light. It goes everywhere with me.
  • Surefire M2 ~ my outside / walk the dog and bump in the night light. M60 drop in lights up everything and then some.
  • Tiablo A9 Q5 ~ my other outside light. When I need to see something at a distance and reach out and touch something, this is it!

I really try to switch up my lights as much as possible to equally enjoy them - I grab or carry depending on my mood:

EDC: Surefire E1B / Surefire L1 Cree
Walking the Dogs: Surefire C2 + M60 / Surefire E2DL
Bathroom at night: Arc AAA GS / Fenix E01

My recent EDC carry is 1 Nitecore D10 in one front pocket, 1 Nitecore EX10 in the other front pocket, and I add a Carbelas P6 clone with Dereelight Q5 led drop in on a belt sheath when going for my nightly walk...William
Also both Nitecores' are on double lanyards looped through my belt and dropped into each pocket [No more lost lights for me!]
