What could I do with this old Pifco?

Dug this out the garage and is in perfect condition.

What upgrades could be done easily?

Donate it to a local museum.

Mcnair is right, in that condition, I'd contact a few lighting museums and see if any of them are interested.... if not, I guess I'd stuff either an array of LEDs or a small hid kit inside if it can handle the heat.
As far as easy upgrades, that depends on what you consider easy, lol.
