Need help identifying this lantern

Hi so, I like collecting lamps and lanterns and I cam across this one. I looks like a ship style lantern but it looks like it uses a wick. As well as the glass itself looks like the oil container.
I tried finding any stamps or Mark's all I could find was "Hong Kong" stamped on the bottom.
Any help is appreciated.
