What do you use to backup a website?

God forbid anything should happen to a board but what software is available that is fairly easy to use which will do a complete dump of a website for backup and a restore purposes?

You can use programs like wget to suck down the contents of a website, but if it's not all static pages you need a separate way to back up the backend software.

If you have to ask this kind of question, you're better off using a hosting provider that takes care of backups for you, even though it may cost a bit more than a completely roll-your-own server.
