what driver for UXO-bin SSC P4 LED x 3

have this in the mail to me, but it looks like the electronics are bad from the factory, would like to make it a reliable light.can get a tail switch from bj for $8.

what simple (3 mode, low,med, high?) driver from where?

keep it simple, its my first driver instal attempt.
