What happened to ORB lights?

I haven't been here in quite a while. Doing a search here and on Google for ORB lights not much comes up. I am wondering what happened to Rob of ORB lights? Also what about the lights...are they collectors items or have they gone by the wayside for newer lights? I have an ORB titanium and am pondering an upgrade.
