I make it a fun little game called "Search for the Light"
I think he's referring to the helmet mounted one in the foreground with the orange tailcap switch. Personally, I only know of one light like that. It's a piece of 
generic, Made in China model with zoom capability. Looks like the soldier removed the clip and used a universal helmet-mount.
Found a video of it on YouTube. I have one. Probably the worst-quality, modern-day light in existence right now.
