What is a good battery charger that will charge 18650 and 21700 batteries

I am looking for a nice charger that will not only charge but also measure the capacity of 18650 and 21700 batteires. Any suggestions.

Liking my new Fenix ARE-D1 which somebody on this site recommended. Great for travel since it's usb powered and can be used as a battery pack.

Make sure you get the SL not the S as the SL has longer slots that fit protected 21700 cells.

As well as measuring cell capacity it has storage mode that charges/discharges cells to the best voltage for storage automatically.

It is expensive but after reading about it I just placed my order. That is a nice charger.

XTAR VC8 Plus but only four of the eight slots can measure capacity. Fits protected button top 21700 which are too long for some chargers.

Note: You can easily find the VC8 for sale, but may need to search more for the VC8 Plus. All of the marketing BS aside, lies really, I like it but I had to buy two to allow eight batteries to be capacity tested at the same time, my flashlight uses eight batteries. Not that I really need to capacity grade all of them at the same time, I want to be able to do so.

Best single-bay charger/Power bank (if you have a battery inserted in it) that I've ever used. And, I'm making that recommendation despite being upset with the company's very poor support of even very recently discontinued models that use their proprietary cells.
