What is a solitaire knockoff mod?

I just read a mod at Flashlightreviews.com and noticed something weird. I saw "solitaire knockoff mod". A guy had what I think a solitaire body with a AA or AAA mini mag head. Does anyone know what it is?

I thought it was a mod on a cheepie flashlight that's kinda similar to the Solitaire. .

If you read through the mod the guy got it at a army surplus store. It was a similar light
