What? no holster w/my nitecore D-10??

Just got my D-10 from 4 sevens today. every premium light i have ever bought has come with a holster.....Fenix....Olight....Streamlight.....even wits end CPF light. Why no holster w/the D-10?

hmm... Surefires don't come with holsters... they aren't a premium brand?

If im not mistaken Jetbeam does not include holsters either.

And I would for sure call them a premium brand.


What holster did Wits' light come with? Are you talking about the Safelights?



Back on topic I would use the Fenix holster.

hmm... if u must use a holster... i would actually use a L1D/LD10 holster... as that one is geared for 1xAA... the P2D/P1D holsters are great for the EX10..

The better option (IMO) is to get the great clip for the D10.... it makes the light that much more useful as now u can just clip it to your front jean pocket... and it makes the D10 anti roll (somewhat)...

To be honest, I hadn't really noticed until you mentioned it.

I know that they are important for a lot of people, but for me holsters, lanyards and clips just tend to get in the way.

I just put mine in a pocket. It feels solid and well made enough that I don't worry about it getting scratched or bashed about.

My experience is the opposite of yours, most premium lights that I've purchased have not come with holsters: McGizmo, Muyshondt, Surefire, Bitz. Novatac, HDS, Lummi, Arc, to name a few.

As to holsters, this is what I use. For me, it fits just right. If you prefer a tighter fit, go with the L1 Fenix holster mentioned previously. The only drawback is that these holsters do not have a protective cover flap.

Neither of my EX10, LF3XT, Ra 120E and D10 came with a holster either. Surely when you ordered the D10 you knew what came with it.
