What to buy!!??

Well okay, I have a Legion 2 on order, a pre-order for a EagleTac M2,
and I'm on the waiting list for a DEFT. I decided to skip the Fenix MK40
because I chose the M2 instead. Now I am thinking of getting a Jet
Beam Raptor!!??

With all these other lights on my list, should I buy it?

And no, dont ask me "what are you intending to use it for", you guys
know me by now!!

I just want cools lights!! :cool: no real, legitimate reason to buy any of my
lights. I know lots for folks have very specific needs for each light, not
me!! :rolleyes:

But, is the Jetbeam "different/special" enough to add to the collection?

Get a SureFire M6 or a custom EDC such as an Aeon. Every flashaholic who is serious about this hobby should own at least one of these lights...

What you need Rabbit is a Polarion PH50 or a Maxabeam. If you arent familiar with the Maxabeam heres one for sale.

If you want power and small size, get someone to make you a IMR 16340 powered Seoul P7 or Cree MC-E light.

What's next? A Maxabeam and a Ph50?

I just ordered a Jetbeam M1X "Military" from the Bug Gear guy :grin2:

The second batch is supposed to hit the streets tomorrow.

I guess it does not have as cool a UI as the Raptor, but a bigger
reflector, and lots more lumens!! :twothumbs

Now I need to tell Mrs PsychoBunny we can add another negative to
our finances!! :crazy:

Should I still get the Raptor?

An IMR 16340 is a RCR123 that can take a high current. Short runtime because of lower capacity, but it can overdrive a Seoul P7 or Cree MC-E, which should net you at least 600 lumen from a single CR123 light. The light will heat up very quickly, but then this woulod be a "wow" light.
