Two AW 14500 LiIons, Sandwich Shoppe Son Of Buck 917 in a sandwich, Cree R2, Modified IMS 20 reflector, Kroll tailswitch.

Makes an awesome little sleeper. Waaayy more light than a stock 2D Mag.

Is it fairly easy to all these items together? I would try but I'm not too handy with tools (certainly not anything involving soldering)

I'm totally for making an AuroraLite if you can track down the conversion parts. It's an awesome pocket-rocket sleeper hotwire, but only about a half-hour runtime.

Cutter has a 20mm dia triple XP-E optic. That would make a pretty bright minimag.
