What was your best deal?

I just got what I think was the best deal on a flashlight. I bought a brand new Fenix TK45 for just $119. With shipping plus the CPF member discount, the total order was just $123 and I think that it was a pretty good deal considering it was from a very reputable dealer that is well respected here on CPF plus it seems that every other dealer is selling the TK45 for about $150.

Incidentally, a couple of days after I bought my TK45 for $119, that exact same vendor bumped the price up to $150. I don't know why, but by then my light was already shipped out and they honored the price that I paid.

So that got me wondering, what was the best deal that you have gotten on a flashlight so far? What light was it and how much did you save?

Now we have to test that Fenix for Out the front lumens too!

I got a M3, lanyard, SC2, and 2 spare lamps for $125! The M3 was also in great shape. I think I got the entire package for 1/3 of retail.

I also got a "Box-o-lights" from Quickbeam for $50! That had 24 lights in it. I figured that was about $400 worth of stuff.

I got a brand new A2 for $99, when they were going for $199 at the time. I was pretty excited about that. :D

Best deal was probably the Arc LSL and 2AA battery tube for $60. This was, I , one of the last Arc LS lights.

If you don't count my SureFire T1A (free is the best deal, right? ;)), I'd say my SureFire C3-BK (older 3-flats ) w/ SF red flip-up filter that I got on "some auction site" for $57, shipped. That light still gets 90+% of my total flashlight use.

Also, I managed to source a NIP SF G2L for a friend for $37, shipped.

If we're not counting my free T1A, then I would say the best deal I ever got was a gently used Surefire L1 for $60.

I would have to say that my best deal was the Dorcy 220 Lumen for $12.00 when a local store had them for 75% off. Also picked up a bunch of the highly rated Duracell wall chargers with 2 aa Duraloops for $1.48 each.

Traded a free monitor for a custom Surefire lego light and $40 cash, sold parts of that light for $30 cash and traded the rest for a McLux TK2003, traded the McLux and some fishing lures for a Surefire M6, had the M6 refurbed by Surefire for free and sold it for $285.

Counting shipping and whatnot I made about $340 in all.

My best deal - Solarforce Skyline I for $27 and free shipping from Hong Kong. Took 9 days to get to Kansas City.

WOW... some great deals here....

if i remember correctly i think i paid $58 for a NIB SF C2 and about the same or maybe less for an E2E.
$29.00 for a G2 and about $35 for a 6P.

this in no way makes up for getting hosed on a pentagon 9 volt incan i bought just before they went belly up. i think i paid around $120 for it and wound up throwing it in the trash.

the best money i've spent is definately on SF. i had a clicky crap out on the E2E and called SF today (spoke with Kathy).... they are sending another tailcap no questions asked :twothumbs i offered to send the other to them and she said 'please don't... we don't want it'.... best money i ever spent.

$19 for a 100W Halogen spotlight.

Two Malkoff M60s for $50

I bought a new LX2 at a B&M store for $119 about six months ago. Yesterday I happened upon a bunch of 6PDLs for<$60 on clearance at a gun store. I bought only one.

LOL, I remember that sale. I got to that thread too late, good snag! That's like buying dollar bills for forty cents each. :)

Traded a free monitor for [snip - various flashlight trades & upgrades]. Counting shipping and whatnot I made about $340 in all.
And we have a winner!
