Whats the deal with my wf-139?

Last night, I dropped my wf-139 off my desk and onto the carpet below. When I picked it back up, the left charging bay was glowing red and there are no batteries inside. Also I need to angle my 18650's in the charging bays at an angle or they dont charge at all. Any ideas what happened?

I'd be careful with that charger... why knows what that thing is doing or trying to do?

My red/green lights have never worked on that charger, but it still seems to shut off when they're done charging; I just don't have the lights to tell me when it's done.
