I've been waiting for more than 3 years, having placed my order Dec 4, 2005.

I just got an email that it was shipped yesterday and it should be here on Friday!

I'll post some pictures this weekend.

Can you guess what knife I've been waiting for?
 
I'm presuming a custom....there could be many makers whose list is 3 years...and longer. What type of knife? Straight blade, folder--type of folder--auto, liner-lock, slipjoint......? You'll have to give a better clue....or two!:thinking:

It took me about 10 years to find a nice in box example of the Camillus Dual-Lock Copperhead in DuraStag to match the Trapper I had bought. I could find occasional versions of the Yellowjacket scales but the Stag was harder to find.

I placed an order a couple of years ago for a custom knife; I will be getting it in 2012. It IS worth the wait.:D

I am still waiting for my Locsha.
 
For a Damascus blade for my Small Sebenza, I waited 1 year and 11 months. I ordered a Randall, with a waiting period to 2013.
