Where are these $1 Ray O Vac 4.0s I keep reading about?

I have read 3-4 references here to "$1 ROV 4.0 cells and I cannot seem to find them this cheaply when I factor in shipping. Is there really a source that will deliver these this cheaply?

Rayovac 4.0's are being sold at about $6 - $7 a four pack in places like Fry's, depending on the deal of the day and any special sale pricing. I think the $1/cell shipped is a bit of an exaggeration myself (ICBW), but by all means hunt around and look in the Marketplace as Black Rose suggests.
