Hi all, I have a valeo sylvania xe7r, but I need a longer cable from the igniter to the ballast. I emailed the company, and they told me to get in contact with their sister company. The sister company will not answer my emails, and when you call it tells you to go to suvlights.com. Then it says for all other inquiries to leave a voicemail.
Needless to say I've searched online for probably 20 hrs, and only found one option which was the same as the phone- suvlights.com. I ordered with them, but think they stole my money as it's been weeks with no update/will not reply to my emails.
1. Why is it so hard to find one cable?
2. Anyone know where I can get one? online or otherwise?
