Where can I buy a LED module +200lumens 5-mode and Memory?

Hi,

I'm new in there.

My first message is bcause I'm looking for a LED module for flashlight that can be more than 200 lumens (R2 or Q5) with 5modes and MEMORY:

- LED modul with memory:
- Features a Cree XR-E R2-WC LED Emitter or similar
- Bezel diameter: 26.5mm
- Height including support spring: 38mm (29mm without spring)
- Input voltage range: 3.0V~8.4V
- Maximum brightness: 250 lumens (manufacturer rated)
- Maximum circuit outpet: 1000mA
- 5-Mode driver circuitry with mode memory: Hi > Mid > Lo > Strobe > SOS
- Alumium textured/OP reflector with copper heatsink base

I'm looking for manufacturer because I need huge quantity.

Hi, I bought a Trustfire SSC P7 Flashlight from DealExtreme (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.13336) for around $68 after light, batteries, and charger. I don't know if thats exactly what you want, but I have really, really, really enjoyed mine. And let me tell you, it is BRIGHT! By far the brightest light i have bought. It does have 5 modes (hi, med, low, strobe, SOS) and a memory of where you left it. It is manufacturer rated at 900 lumens, so that might put a cancel on your lumen limit but, hey, thats up to you.
