Where did the A19 go?

I was looking at surefire.com, and I couldn't find the A19 1x123 extender on there. I could have sworn it was on there when I was looking at various parts a month or two ago. A19 discontinued?

I just bought one last week from optics planet. I think they're still out there. Put surefire A19 in thefind.com and 15 or so will pop up. They are all about $22.00.
