where to buy 2 mode (high/low) tail-switch?

i can find a couple tail-switches that do 'on' and 'strobe'

but i want one that does high and low.

typically the light itself does modes, not the tailcap. also, size is brand and model specific, not battery specific

If the flashlight host is a SureFire 6P or E-series compatible light, you can use the McC2S or McE2S switch.

I heard of a CREE LED flashlight that will be available as of april or may in Canada that gives out 750Lm and has a Hi Low and lock position. It is the latest LED in the market. It makes surefire and all the rest seem like flashlights for amatures.
