Where to buy AA Li-ion Rechargeables?

I've seen mention on a few forums of 14500 (?) Lithium Ion AA rechargable batteries. I would like a set for my L1D I have arriving today? I tried looking for them at Battery Station and Lighthound with no luck. I figure if anyone would know, someone here would. Help?

AFAIK, there are no 1.2V Li-based rechargeable cells

Do you realize you'll only get one very bright level regardless of the setting, no low medium, etc?

I bought mine from markcm; AW has them too.

AW sells protected 14500 (AA) Li-Ion batteries. Others like Dealextreme and Kaidomain sell unprotected cells that are more risky.

When you look at capacity in watts (volts X amps), the newer 1.2V 2700 Mah batteries like Sanyo might be a safer bet since your light will still work properly in all modes.

What do you guys think the batter life would be with a AA Lion in a L1D?
