I just bought a 10-pack of 50mm OD glass lenses from DX. Very good quality. I've used two, you can have some for the cost of P&P if you want.

As Teego pointed out, FlashlightLens.com is a place many CPF'rs buy from. While not in the UK, he does ship internationally. If you click on their Store Policies link, USPS First Class International is $2.20, or Priority Mail International for $22.50, both (US) rates. I ordered about 6 different lenses from him a while back and he only charged me ≈ $1.50 (US) for shipping. He has very reasonable shipping rates.

Thanks for the replies. Ill look into them.

Lumafist- Im building some lights for my bike. Im currently designing the housing almost finished the CAD model and then I can start machining it. Its going to have 2x SSC P7, 1 flood 1 spot. Cant seem to find any small optics yet though. The only ones I can find that are currently out are about 50mm diameter. Im waiting on the ledil ones (http://ledil.fi/datasheets/DataSheet_Boom_p7.pdf ) but have no idea when they will be out.
