Where to buy Seoul P4 Emitters w/o board

Sorry for the newish questions, but where can i get about 80+ Seoul P4 emitters without the MCB board.
I know with Cree's i have worked with LEDlightingSupply on getting certain color and Flux bins, but i cant seam to find a place to get the Seoul's

actually i did find them at Mouser.com as well. and i'm pretty sure they are U binned
