This is not in Europe, but shipment is only $2 for one LED.
Unfortunately they don't specify the color bin, only the flux bin.

They're actually pretty good prices. They beat Cutter's on low quantity counts because of the increased cost of shipping. Past a certain amount though Cutter's starts to scale a lot better. =]

Digikey from what I know ships just about anywhere and will have stock. You will not be able to pick the bin other than intensity. They are big and reliable and fast.

I use them for a ton of things but have never found their prices on high power cree leds to be that great. They're about 50% more than cutters or the like.

I find it depends. The XPG were pretty reasonable. They are getting better. When I add in the very low shipping costs, lack of duty hassles and on my doorstep next day, I can't complain too much about pricing. Arrow for production prices will always be the best.
