Where to find a good 2 x CR123 Charger with High quality batterys?

I need a good 2 X CR123 charger to my FENIX P3DQ5,
and some rechargable CR123 batterys with high quality.

World wide shipping would be nice too.

Is there any good retailers for this ?

Have you tried RCR123s in your PD3Q5? I tried them in mine and they don't work, I think its because the voltage is too high (3.7v instead of 3.0v), maybe you can get 3.0v RCRs?

I'm also looking for some recommendations (or even reviews) for a good 2 x RCR123A Charger and Batteries.

I looked at the charger that Lighthound and 4sevens offer earlier today and it seems good, but it would be nice to hear what everyone here has found to be good in their own use or from gathered knowledge here on CPF.

Can't go wrong with AW RCR123's from Lighthound. Their considered some of the best here on CPF. I have 2 AW RCR123's myself and they work great. I charge them with the newer Ultrafire WF-139 charger and have no complaints.

Perhaps i need to clear this issue first of all.
Does anyone have a Fenix P3DQ5 that works fine with recharables?
