Which aspheric

Which aspheric lens can you recommend for a 6P head, ie Surefire or Solarifire. I have a couple of the $3 Kaidomain http://kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=1793 but would like to try a better quality lens, maybe get rid of some of the blue fringe. I see Edmond Scientific has one 27mm http://www.edmundoptics.com/onlinecatalog/displayproduct.cfm?productID=2454 .

Any reccomendations would be appreciated.

I dont have too much knowledge of lensed lights (as I dont like spillless beams) ...

Your problem is the space You have in the housing. F.e. with that cheap (but working perfect) "focusing zoom" light from DX, one needs much space when set to full zoom.

The less the focusing distance (the more "magnifying" the lens has), the better.
