Which battery is better for 2 lithium cell light?

I would like to know if surefire cr123's are better or arc's yuntongs are better for 2 cell flashlights. Better as in runtime and performance? And are the surefire batteries worth the cost of a few less batteries? thx

There's some reason to believe the SF's are better optimized for high current loads, namely Surefire HOLA incandescents that drain the batteries in 20 minutes. For less powerful lights such as LED lights, the Arc batteries work great.
