tl-100 or the wf-139. i was thinking to use these batts 2 Ultrafire 18650 PCB Protected Lithium Ion Batteries. in an JetBeam rrt-2. or any recommendations

I would go with the WF-139, mainly because I am too impatient to wait ~10 hours for batteries to charge. I have 2 of the WF-139 chargers and I am happy with how they work.
