which glowring color is the brightest, also is the new glowrings just the same but have metal caps on the ends.

The green one appears to be brightest to the eye.
New Glow Rings are completely cylindrical, with metal caps on the ends, and a colorant in the tube so you can tell what color you have even in bright light.

The green seems the brightest, followed closely by the light blue. purple and pink probably seem the dimest, though they are great colors.
