Which Fenix is the brightest using 17670 cell?

You can fit some 17670's in the P3D and T1. They both use a buck driver so you get the low voltage warning on high(flashing) in as little as 15 minutes. You can run these two on RCR123's with all modes functioning properly. They really don't have a light that runs well on a 17670.

Thanks for that, looks like I will simply stick with the L2D CE Q5 model......I like the slim profile of the Fenix lights and I have enough lights that look like the T1, I don't want to use the CR123 cells if I can avoid it.

Do all the modes function properly? My P2D on a RCR123 only gets turbo, strobe, and sos(you lose the lower levels) until the voltage drops to ~ 3.2v(almost dead). The same thing happens when I tried the P2D head on the P3D body with a 17670.

Yes, we are back to the original problem of using a 3.7V cell with a 3V head.....you loose the lower levels which I don't want to do.....
