Which LED to use for Outdoor LED video screen

I am purchasing a new ourdoor led video screen and need some advice on which LED to use. There is a big price difference so i need to know if Cree truely is more important in the long run or if it does not justify the cost. Cree is about 50% more so on a big order it is quite expensive. Here are specifics.
A, Cree LED Chips ( SMD 3 in 1 : 550-850-320 mcd )
P6 ( 1/4 scan , 9275 mcd / M2 )
P5 ( 1/8 scan , 6678 mcd/ M2)
B, Chinese LED Chips ( SMD 3 in 1 : 230-950-230 mcd )
P6 ( 1/4 scan , 5856 mcd / M2 )
P5 ( 1/8 scan , 4216 mcd / M2 )
any suggestions?

I need more information to help.

When I buy a new video screen, I never have to purchase LED's separately, or at all!

Please give more description of a video screen that requires adding LED's.

I think the issue is more one of confidence.

If you specify name-brand LEDs, you will be more confident that they won't fail and they won't change colour.
