I see many posts on how popular the E2 and E1 are but which model and series is the most comfortable to carry? Right now I use a PT Rage or Attitude because I like the flat battery configuration it just feels better than a round body in my jeans pocket.How do most of you carry your light? Seems to me the light clipped to a front pocket with the bezel poking out would uncomfortable and open up the possibilty to lose the light. Anybody use the PT and SF lights I would appreciate your opinion before I buy a light that would end up in the drawer. Thanks

I'm sure you'll get many replies. It's all going to depend on what you're looking for in an EDC. For me, I always (and I mean always) have my ARC-AAA white and ARC-LS white in my posession. I use the 123A cell compartment on the LS since the size allows me to easily carry it in my jean's watch pocket.
If I think I'm going to need a bit more fire power, I grab my SureFire E2E since it's small enough to carry quite nicely.

My EDC is a Surefire E2, ARC AAA & ARC LS.
I would recommend the E1/E1e (15 lumens) if you want the smallest possible light & long throw. I recommend the E2 if an extra inch or so doesn't bother you and you want a brighter light (60 lumens) than the E1.

i think the E1E fits the bill for alot of common lighting tasks and for the size you can't beat it.oh, almost for got the mini mag light accessory kit fits the "E" series to.

I often carry an E1 down loose in my pocket with my keys and forget that it is there!
I prefer my E2 for those times when I might really need a light, but the E1 is just as easy to carry as a CMG Infinity, and the E2 clipped with sometimes bump around clipped to the top of my pocket.
